Tell your boss to stop doing the 'unplanned events'. Remember, when you failed to plan, you plan to fail. Surely you guys do not want to fail am I right?
I recharged $220 not knowing we will have this event, I was sure that you did mentioned that your team will no longer do this kind of unplanned event, yet you did it not once but twice.
My patience has limit, so does other paying customer, so it is either you take this criticism in a positive way and stop saying sorry but instead doing something about it, otherwise tell it here right now that you cant do it and see how paying customer get fed up and stop recharging. I just feel, everytime your team is doing this, you are insulting us.
Thinking of it something like this:
Manager: what should we release? Something that is good to get us some money for Kung Hey fat choi?
Team: Sir, lets do cave, people will go crazy buying keys.
Manager: OK, go.
A few days later after oasgames seeing they do not have any Angpao for their employees for CNY:
Manager: We need to do something, otherwise no bonus
Team: lets do recharge and get a chance to spin to get a rare ninja
Manager: Brilliante.. let us milk them hard. really hard... make sure to have the paying customer do max spin to get Ay, while someone who just recharge for $1 get him.
