I never complained of events or whatever decisions you guys have made for events, but this is too much for me to be quite. I'm going to try not to be rude. First of all, i have no idea what is going in your minds to think its OK to put events and rebates at the end of the week, instead of all together on thursday (hype event day) alot of ppl spend or recharge for that week event, on the first few days, and then get screwed over cause new recharge event pops up randomly monday without no prior information, very *y move by you guys for the community that made you the best game of FB. Second, dont lie to us and say "this was not in our plans", you don't put one of the best recharge events without planning, especially with Ay, that a lvl 50 will get with 1 spin. Last you put a spending ingots event, at the end of the week after ppl spent their ingots already, with no decent event to even spend ingots on (star has a limit of 150 spins per day and very low limit of thing to buy - max 10 keys really?, plus a discount event that is not in our control to get what we need). Oh and you say that this was last minute, to give a chance for ppl to get naruto 9tails, but you put him at 100 pts each frag thats 1000 ingots per frag, your balance team need to be fired. I wish no one would spend ingots for these events just to teach you guys a lession, but won't happen cause its to good of an event. I am very sad with what you guys are doing making me think of leaving the game. I hope you guys learn with this and do not repeat it (all events most be on thursday). I'm sorry you feel this way but there is nothing we can do about it. Even though spins for Lucky star event are limited, there is still a lot of things you can spend your ingots on. -

Hey there !
So let me explain what happened. This wasn't our actual plan. But we've received feedback from our players about problems with Naruto . And we were thinking, what we can do to satisfy our players and help them to receive this awesome ninja ?
We had long discussion about this and this is our solution and final result.
We really hope you like this special offer from us, and we also hope it will help you to obtain Naruto .
Kudos to your team on this decision, but I really hope next time you can release event like this from the start of the event cycle :) -

No, we don't think 100 points it too much. He is one of the rare ninjas that are obtainable only trough events.
do you realise that 1 fragment costs 1k ingots??? 1k ingots = 20 euros... i mean can you think normally right??? 20 euros for 1 fragment ... you need 1000 euros for a ninja??? and that is not expensive right??? ok .... -

Watch out for the 29th when chinese new year is. The events will probably get another stage better again and much people will have spent for this one now. -

Hello.
This is just bonus for spending your ingots for whatever you want. In other words, yes you need to spend 1 000 ingots for 1 fragments but actually that one fragments doesn't cost 1 000 ingots. It's just special bonus for spending. -

- yea but they no spend ingots in wheel, its free draws after recharge and spend in others stuffs, why free player cant get 1 free draw its only 2 day event= 2 draws only.
I understand, but we are not planning to give everyone fee spins. It would be unfair to paying customers. -

1k ingots for 1 Naruto frag so 30k ingots for *2 Naruto (Chakra mode)? Unless you really want that *3 nine tails, you can get the *2 Naruto (chakra mode) for £40 buying the Jonin medal and get additional spins on the lucky wheel. In all honesty, it would have been a better idea to allow players to get the bonus rewards from purchasing medals each time they get it when it expires...players want to get their moneys worth, if they're going to spend on this event, they're going to want the Raikage more than anything. -
