With this kind of event, just do $5. Coz you have higher chance of getting it.
Its rigged.
You shouldn't look at this event as a way of getting Ay. Chances are very low, even more for those who spend (as we all know).
Look at it as bonus coupons you might get. I did 10 spins so far, and landed 9 times in 30 coupons and 1 in 50.
If you recharge expecting to get Ay, you might as well sell your house, car, organs and, if it comes to that, your family. OR you can be lucky and get in 1 miserable spin.

I really like this event, it's combining the best aspects of all of the events: Incidental/bonus rewards for doing things which work towards an end goal.
For example with the lucky board, you spend 20, get an incidental/bonus of 5 points + a board bonus + progression towards a lucky ninja pack - it feels good.
Here, recharge is rewarded (Nicely too, no coins or god*ed f**king ramen in sight!) spending is rewarded (in conjunction with the sage treasures where spending potential is high) and it boosts all of the other events to lucky board satisfaction levels.
The only concern I have is the trend that these recharge events are being introduced days after the initial Thursday event reset. It's at the point where I don't trust recharging on a Thursday (to take advantage of new events) because there might just be a mid-week recharge event around the corner. Would it be possible to get advance warning on these special events? -

I have a question concerning the mechanics of the shinobi feast recharged rewards. The ones I used to recharge offers 50 ingots then the next was 250 ingots then so on. I know that if I recharge using the 250 one, I will get one spin. But does the recharge amount during the event ac*ulates? For example: if I recharge 50 ingots more, do I get another 1 spin since I've recharged a total of 300? or if I recharge another 250 ingots, would that count a total of 500 recharge which would give me 3 spin? If I recharge 6000 ingots instantly in one go, do I get 40 spins? -

- This is a really good event, i was having a hard time with the lucky star. I wish I could get him to 4 star! Lets see if i get lucky... xD
I would urge u to err on the side of caution if u r planning to spin the lucky star wheel for naruto after release of this recharge wheel.
There's no guarantee that oas have not adjusted the odds of the lucky star wheel lower, knowing that many people will be keen to recharge a lot of ingots given the incredible return on investment for the recharge wheel (min 20%, max ~80000%+).
Why do i have this inkling? I have no proof at all of any adjustments, just my own feeling so take what i say with a pinch of salt... but my su*ions arose because i got sasuke susanoo for around 720 seals way before the first seal rebate event after kage treasure was released. Some friends who waited for said seal rebate event, ended up needing around 1080 seals to pull their super rare...
By all means recharge all u want, i think this recharge wheel is an extremely good deal, i personally would save the ingots i bought for something that i know the sure cost of though, such as on a high discount treasure of the sage item or a future discount event. -

I don't buy the excuse of "this is unplanned because players asked for it"
Fact of the matter is, MORE people asked for BA rebate for WEEKS, but that didn't happen. And unlike a middle of the week recharge event, a "surprise" BA rebate would not hurt anyone, because whoever wants that even is saving up anyway.
But no, instead you "listened" and dropped an event that is potentially harmful, that's just not sound logic.
That said, I'm a complete ftp, so this isn't bothering me any (other than the fact that ptw will get ahead even more, but I've given up trying to beat some of those so whatever) Still, I don't buy your story. -

nope it resets daily, same as previous wheels -

Yeah, it takes a bit to find anyone, and my server's within the first 20 ones.
Where in matsuri you can find someone within 10 seconds early on... -

the game is on its knees u are lucky to get him at 720 seal scrolls the normal threshold is like 900 i think u do alot of good stuff probably god bless u. well i think they will lower the chance on that rigged wheel also so i dont bother about spinning but just powering up my character just saving those ingots or just spend on sage key events for my advanced threads its a long way to go for me to rank 8 BA anyway so spending the additional amount of coupons and ingots doesnt hurt. -
