Regarding the 100 points for Naruto 9 tails chakra: 1000 ingots per frag? And what scares me most is that it says: "For every 10 ingots you recharge, you MIGHT get one point" (something like that)

This is so funny.What about the people that already recharged for the on-going events? What about those who already dropped good amounts of money to get nothing but sh*t in "lucky" star wheel? What about the people that spent money in the mysterious cave for new runes? Are they supposed to recharge event more on the false hope to get Ay?

You shouldn't look at this event as a way of getting Ay. Chances are very low, even more for those who spend (as we all know).
Look at it as bonus coupons you might get. I did 10 spins so far, and landed 9 times in 30 coupons and 1 in 50.
If you recharge expecting to get Ay, you might as well sell your house, car, organs and, if it comes to that, your family. OR you can be lucky and get in 1 miserable spin.
