as far as i am aware there is no way to know, there doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason to the points, tobi and itachi are worth 10 points each both 3* one cost 1k coins the other 1500 kabuto and the konoha 12 are all worth the same and are very easy to farm so yeah idk there is a list in the strategy section if u need to review them

For Limited Recruitment i saw e) Servers which are less than 15 days old will not have this event present in their server. explanation,it's okay,but what about Time-Limited Recruitment and Wheel of Fortune? Is that 15 days rule are also the reason i can't see those too?

Hi, server 31 matsuri isn't cross server at all too.. we had a hard time completing it

is 39k power and 65k power similar?

Any ninja that can be full drop in survival trial will only cost around 2-5 points per frags. While other like Hinata, Itachi, Lee, Kabuto, Tobi, Sasuke, etc... worth 10 pts/e
