how do you know your account is banned ? Did you receive any message from system ?

i was logining into the game and it's showed: Login:This account is blocked. Then i was go to the customer service and i asked, what is hapen and if he can fix this. Then he was send message i got banned for ''sending malicious software''. Realy? I didn't do this. :(

I'm sorry but if our support told you that they had reason to BAN you, there is nothing I can do for you. Without any proofs we can't ban your account.

What you can do is contact them again and tell them that you would like to see the proofs and possibly explain it to them.
