Hello,
how do you know your account is banned ? Did you receive any message from system ?
i was logining into the game and it's showed: Login:This account is blocked. Then i was go to the customer service and i asked, what is hapen and if he can fix this. Then he was send message i got banned for ''sending malicious software''. Realy? I didn't do this. :( -
