Makes me laugh... They obviously didn't QA the update and need to ask players to do it for them for measly rewards, however, the only thing they seems to get right on their end is removing a reward that was half decent because we all know they don't give us free stuff. Get your cash out everyone.

Considering its called lucky wheel and made to look like a Roulette game you should have 1/8 chance to land on Tendo.Everyone should know by now this is rigged and the mechanic wont be anything like a wheel based system, I doubt the chances to land on him would be higher than 1/1000.
