I'll just give my opinion on new runes stones, and ill start with sentence you wrote "we believe this would bring new and fresh air to the game" By adding 2 new lvl's you think something gonna change ? Ppl would like more playing this game ? No.. not everyone even have lvl 12, and by adding another 2 we will still be in pos 1 meta, pos 1 slaves.. Let us upgrade other positions as well.Im trying to say, this is not needed, it's not gonna work, it's gonna push away more players, ppl from merged server 98 and so on are mad at this, this decision is simply wrong. My short answer and hope is, please dont bring that, we dont need that. Let us play, dont make a gap even bigger.
