I'm not sure you could call F2P people leechers. They are having fun and when their is an incentive to buy that isn't a total rip off or scam, they will buy. Oasis caters to the upper class though, those with thousands to spend on this game. I spent my fair share and my account got blocked because of a refund not getting what i paid for so i took all my money back. The issue with Oasis is they simply don't care enough to keep even someone who spent 1000$ because they are milking so much money from much bigger spenders. Most of their player base is 'expendable'. That is the problem with their business.

Why is all the other stuff worth it? Also, before the game dies? What do you think is the lifespan of this game? Anyone that dishes out 3000$ should be guaranteed a few years of a lifespan. No wonder customer service didn’t give me a 100$ refund since I only spent a little over 1000$ and locked my account when I went through my bank. I’m an insignificant spender compared to these 3000$ people.

I will contact you on discord.... thanks. And this is precisely the problem. That my entire account would be banned on account of wanting to get either the coupons I am owed from a 100$ purchase, or my 100$ back due to a broken game that wouldn't let me redeem coupons daily, you would ban an account i put about 1200$ into. And then Oasis would tell me that they will absolutely not give me the coupons I am owed, or refund me. That left me with no other choice. I have send you a friend request on Discord as OwenWilsonsNose

They again refused to help so I will call my bank and try to get the money back. Once I have 1200$ they can keep my account.
