i got shisui for 20 coupons during lucky wheel in august. I also was lucky enough to pull both darui and sage naruto on free draws when i already had 70ish of each of their frags. so i was able to get them 4 stars!

maybe you can prove your "adultness" then by making writing gooder. besides, it's a newer server and he seems to be one of the better players in his group so he should deserve one if your leaders a hypocrite. well that *s. i wouldn't point that out though or else you might not be getting any packs. maybe he also wanted to rotate things around a little?
