The thing is: I am a cheap fvck and I don't really want to get him from events since I want to focus on power. What I was thinking is that I would wait to get him for free from plot(?) instance but that would be like 2 months from now, maybe even more I guess. Right now I am sitting at 16 seal scrolls though so it's not like I am gonna get Roshi fast either.

There are probably some of the people higher up in the food chain in S57-73. That or their code monkeys have screwed up. Either way, let's not want the change since it may bring us loooooooong downtime due to playing with the game's code.OAS doesn't have to acknowledge anything since they are well aware that most of the playerbase is inherently *.
