EDIT: oh, to replace Hashirama team? well, I can't think of any till the Reanimations and Jinchuriki's comea great f2p team that you c*e really early to get an advantage on server is Fire, Anko, Guy, Iruka( your 1st and best investment in game ). Mid game everyone already has Iruka, and if you have Asuma WB, you can put him instead of Guy for even more power. don't listen to the others, when it comes to being a Scarlet Blaze, if you use a fire/poison team, earth main is your favourite customer. Use fire main, tobi and kankuro in team.As for your specific situation, it depends if your enemy is smart or not, cause he has several options in 2nd round. either way, your goal is to first kill jigo, then gaki, (if you put your team in the same line like gaara he should eventually die from poison/fire) and finally main. if you can anticipate his next move, use hinata as your 4th ninja to interupt his mysteries, and you also have main's seal.

im afraid not ( or its even more hidden ), because you can't click the retreat *on, it isn't the 5th *on ( still don't know what it does but if someone know please tell us ) and if you click the 1st *on again, the game freezes.
