Coding ninjas is one of the best online website to learn coding from. (Best at it’s business), but not for TAs. Don’t listen to people to are telling you will learn by teaching students. I followed such answers and joined as a TA, now I regret. Don’t ever opt for this job. Too much negative vibes in the job enough to destroy your mental wellness. Learn by doing more questions, competitive programming or a place where TA’s are respected. You cannot learn by teaching morons who abuse. Selection Procedure: I applied for the post, got a call that we are running out of TAs and we need one urgently and you can join now(Thats all). Because most of the TAs leave the job in between because of the things I am going to mention. Never opt this job for self improvement, here you don’t learn to debug code. Rather realise that you are not able to do anything when students rate you badly for no reason, and abuse you. The HR does not help you as they are earning from the students not you. For the namesake it is 2 hour job, but to meet daily targets you need to spend 4hours a day. Wasting all your precious time.MyInsite Macys
