Its not hard coded to a specific level, its ratio based on your server/cluster population. Its not always the best thing to freeze, a lot of times people think freezing is the best, and everyone goes "Baaaaa" and freezes, ending up with an insanely competitive lower tier sage which is dominated by a few wolves also freezing and feasting on all the sheep. Adjust your level accordingly based on your power and server./cluster whale level density. Sometimes its easier to farm at the top tier sage, sometimes its easier in the middle. It really depends on your individual position vs the power players in your server.

[Strategy Share] 170k vs 390k BP - how to change matching system

It is easy to criticize systems that are in place, particularly with PvP, but similarly to how theres always that friend in your group that always complains about the location we chose for dinner (if you hate all our choices for eating, dont say "Anywhere" when we ask you wtf you want to eat), or in this specific instance, what exactly do you propose the matchmaking system should prioritize. As far as I can see, theres several options for matchmaking for a system like this: 1) Match based on power 2) Match based on level 3) Match based on W-L ratio (or points in DB/arena) Instead of throwing out the snarky question of "is it possible for 170k to win 390k", perhaps you could suggest *ternative system that would be preferable to you. If you chose "Match based on power", then what happens for the various scenarios, in the real world where you dont have exactly X power vs X power. How would your system handle the expected scenarios, eg: a) What power +- range to allow matching. b) What happens when no one within the power range is in the queue c) How do you balance matching an unfavorable matchup vs an infinite queue. Ultimately all systems have their pros and cons. There will always be a bigger fish in the pool, if you cant propose a new system, then you might want to focus your efforts on figuring out mitigation efforts to alleviate the difficulties (like more revives as per Dumbledores suggestion), and suggest it to your server/cluster representative to bring up. Complaining about other players having stronger power or better ninjas doesn't help anything. Heck better ninjas don't even feature in the equation and you will still lose to equal power with better event ninjas, with a potential next thread being "Can Konohamaru win against Naruto?". There's no point discussing anything if your ultimate goal is just to get a win without thinking through the process on how you can be constructive in fixing the gaming experience for the event.

How to qualify for XGNW
"
Theres 2 scenarios 1) Abundance of groups to form full xGNW bracket - In this situation, each server well send their respective top placed groups for that weeks GNW, with power as the tiebreaker eg: a) 3 servers exist in the cluster - top 2 placed groups in each servers GNW will be sent, as well as the top 2 power groups that achieved 3rd rank for that week (the weakest 3rd rank group will miss out since there's only 8 spots available) b) 10 servers exist in the cluster - only the top 8 first placed groups ranked by power will make it to xGNW, 2 winners will miss out. 2) Lack of sufficient groups - For this case, xGNW will either be 1-4 or 8. If lets say only 6 groups participated in normal GNW that week, only the top 4 will move on to xGNW, the last 2 ranked groups will have to register for normal war again during the xGNW week.

Question on your example: "Ninja A got combo'd by Jonin Minato, Madara 5ks, Kurenai and Fire Main talent 43121 chase KOH. The order of the debuffs will be: Tag, Paralysis, Acupunture, Chaos, Ignite, Poison, Ignite. Tsunade heals Ninja A once, Chaos will be cleared... Tsunade heals Ninja A once more, Acupunture will be cleared." You mentioned chaos will not be cleared first when paired with priority 1 debuffs (acu + para in your example). Also you mentioned that debuff clears in reverse order of application (latest first) if same priority. Thus in your example, shouldnt Tsunade be clearing Acu first, then Para, instead of chaos then acu?

There's quite a few builds now that can be done if you're expecting to lose init. As long as you can reasonably predict what you're about to face and the power disparity isn't huge, you can adjust accordingly for it. As for the OP, BP padding all 4 ninjas would make it easier for teams that focus to win, so I guess if some players are happy following your advice and seeming strong on paper, its a win-win situation for us and them :P
