Edo minato worth it ?

on topic of edo minato how does his dodge break work? i have it +2 but mine dodges maybe 1 out of every 40 standard attacks and I have actually retired him because of mine gets cut through like paper, but I have faced so many others in drawn out matches and their's have dodged every single standard for 10 rounds, I dont get what differentiates them, some cases had vast power gaps, but not all, and still mine doesn't work. What is the deciding factor in the effectiveness of supposedly chance based skills?

^this, same non existent odds, worse prizes than before but now even more expensive to spin, god bless oasis. also unless there is a typo in the post ino's flowers is also less appealing than any other version the top prize is a choice of ninjas that these days more players already have than dont, and the 2nd and 3rd position get the original "Deluxe Ninja Optional Pack*" meaning a choice of the following Kakuzu[Earth Fear Grudge] x100 Minato Namikaze[Edo Tensei] x80 Naruto[Sage of Six Path] x80 Sasuke[Rinnesharingan] x80 Ay[Fourth-Raikage] x40 Sasuke[Sasuno’o] x40 I know they churn out new servers constantly, but this pack too contains what by now are old characters, that same as above there are more people with than without and since with the exception of kakuzu there arent even enough frags to 4 star any of them you couldnt argue that angle, so considering this week, (like most) is aimed at recharging and spending ingots directly, not only have they not put anything worth recharging or spending ingots on, but they have actually managed to make it less appealing than previous cycles

I recommend ibiki personally, he is I think the most underutilized support characters in the game. suppress immunity for mulitple rounds and causes torture and drains chakra and increases damage to units under torture/immobile by 40%, true to get full use out of him you need to either be fire main or have a ninja with reflect, but in the current state of the game he is like edo itachi on roids. The only ninja, (I think), feel free to correct me if im wrong that he cant control is nagato with sb, but that nagato is broken. Other than that one exception ibiki can perfectly counter kushi/kakashi summer/bee 8 tails/edo minato/6p

One thing I think is worth mentioning is that his mystery can damage friendly units. First unit i've encountered, i think, that can do this. If you have not selected a unit when triggering his mystery, or if line up his mystery to trigger after your pos 1, and your pos 1 ends up killing ibikis target, ibiki will instead decide he cant continue to live with not getting the spotlight and will choose to commit seppuku by using his mystery on himself. This happened to me in a few laggy matches in arena, so i went to the kakashi clones to test something out and ibiki can indeed use his mystery on himself or to attack one of your own characters.

one thing I have noticed is that his standard attack break, the one that causes irremovable paralysis even to immune ninjas does not trigger reflects Trying out teams with him now, i let him use his standard attack when faced against teams with reflect and 1-3 of the units get hit with paralysis, if I then try to use a debuff inflicting skill, that skill is the one that is reflected. Once I saw it happen, I tried over and over again, just to make sure it wasnt some kind of bug , and it was a consistent occurrence so the translation leaves that part out. it affects immunes, cannot be removed and does not trigger mirror/reflect skills
