I keep seeing people state this 15 level difference for Ranked Arena, I have proof of this incorrect rumor that is going around. This was a game I just got on a level 26 in Ranked Arena Water style - water clone jutsu - level 55 Yugito Nii - level 65 Treasure, no other way to obtain. This shows you can verse at least up to 39 levels +/- (65-26=39 , assuming this person is level 65 and not higher)

What proof do you have of this + or - 10 levels? Back when we were in 3.0, I was facing level 80+'s, this was when I was level 55. The way I can know this is I would face lineups with their level 80 mystery unlock(this is in 3.0 as mention when the last mystery was unlocked at level 80) Know this I could at least say there can be a 25 level gap.

GNW Hinata or regular hinata will get you past round one. Such as LM ,Asuma(wb), GNW hinata and any other buffing ninja like iruka , guy ect.
