If you're super dedicated and smart about your coupon expenditure I'd say you could probably do it in a year and a half - 2 years. It's not a simple task xD I've been playing since launch so, 3 years? and I'm only 180k, but I definitely haven't been actively trying to power up, or even active for the whole time.

I had the same issue, expect that I wasn't able to log on yesterday at any other time after they fixed it, I hope you managed to log in and claim your daily! I wasn't able to and can get Naruto Suit no longer :(
