well, i guess the question that comes to my mind is, what's the refresh drop rate for good boards that include shisui? because the drop rate for shisui once you have such a board doesn't matter if you can't get such a board in a reasonable amount of attempts.

this event stands apart from others as it seems to have 2 levels of RNG. one is drawing a random reward from the board. you may not get what you wanted, but you do at least get something and that something has value. that mechanic is pretty consistent with other events in this game. the other level of RNG is refreshing the board itself. there are no rewards for participating in that RNG action and you can easily spend 1k coupons or more without ever seeing shisui, never mind seeing him on a good board. unfortunately, unless you are very lucky, you have to get through this level of RNG in order to participate in the other one, and that makes it a much less rewarding game mechanic overall.

alright, i've been contemplating the options available in light of the fact that my group probably won't be able to support 3 summons (at least not right now). i still want to maximize our resource allocation so i have questions: 1) what happens when you stop cultivating a summon? do you eventually lose it? 2) assuming you don't lose a summon due to neglect, can a summon that isn't at the max level still be leveled up if it's cultivated sparingly only once in a very long while? 3) if one has to choose between the serpent and katsuyu, would i be correct in assuming that katsuyu would be the stronger choice in the long run? 4) can a group still do 2 weekly summon capture events with only hard level summons (ie. no serpent)? 5) approximately how long does it take to level a summon up to the max level if it's being kept properly cultivated?

Thank you. That seems to be what I was doing wrong. I was going into 3v3 immediately after doing team instances and I wasn't using my Itachi team in that. Switching over before entering 3v3 fixed it.
