Is this really the first time of the delays? Make your facts straight honey. You never missed disappointing everyone with these delays.So where do you think is the problem? do not tell me it is the players fault why maintenance delayed? First mistake, understandable. 2nd mistake, ok a chance. 3rd and so forth - I do not know if I will be happy. Are we not learning something from previous delays?

Isn't it funny when you moderators are not up to customers criticking you?You moderators and customer service should be open-minded with what your people say. I was pertaining to the thread that you closed down, Mr. Yuusuke. And here is my reply for you and your colleague.QUOTEModerators are just as much a player of the game as you are. So keep in mind that whilst you're losing on your events, we are too. And it's not just you that's missing out on the events, everyone else is at the same time. If maintenance is delayed, that means we are trying to solve problems behind the scenes to give you as good a game as we possibly can. Of course we know that this will bring lots of inconvenience to players, but it is not like we intended these cir*stances to occur. Hope that you can try to understand our perspective. UNQUOTE++++++And you should know that we have real life works to attend to, and as much as possible we need to finish everything before our scheduled real life appointments or work.Yes, we are on your point that you are trying to solve server problems to avoid inconvenience... BUT ISN'T THIS DELAYED SERVER MAINTENANCE CAUSING US INCONVENIENCE AS WELL? Your maintenance time-frame is bullcrap, even with your time extension for maintenance, you might as well change those time schedules if you can't even follow the schedule. Right?Then, you guys can't give the players some compensation for it... You ate their time with withdelayed maintenance. Dear Mr. Moderator:It is easy for you to say that "I understand some of you might miss first convoy and plunder but that doesn't mean you can't do it later."How about the guys who wanted to do it much earlier coz they have important things to do? So no chances for them to do it anymore, right? How many times convoy can be done? 2 times only right? He missed the first chance coz of the delayed... Then he won't be able to do their second chance for convoy because of some important matters... can he still do it for the third time? No right?You should know that everyone's time matters. It is so arrogant for you to say "...there is no reason to give players compensation. Compensation for what. ? Updating the game ? ".
