Thank you Jiburiru for your responses made in very professional PR manner. The sad part is that you posts are in my opinion the only actions professionally done by Oasis. The company has a severe lack of transparency towards it's player-base/clients regarding the game and the business strategy. You should shed light on the worries that the community has. Just of the top of my head: - server merges: medium-long term plan; you could apply the procedure that Germany has for merging - release 4-5 server, merge 4-5 consecutive servers and only 20-25 single servers active at each given moment - what aspects of the game do you control so we can make reasonable requests/proposals (not all the SF that is on the forum) - did the forum get h4cked or not; I'm sure that the active persons on the forum changed their data, but there are players that don't use the forum anymore; they should be informed in game at least if you did get h4cked - detailed patch notes; it's not OK for the players to discover in-game all the things by trial and error - Oasis employees or collaborators that receive benefits in-game; they shouldn't participate in PvP events - I know for certain that they are; this wouldn't be an issue if the player-base would be huge, but as it is now you have a very high chance to fight a mod or a liaison in Sage or Matsuri; it's just not fair I really hope that you can address at least some of the points above. This is an excellent game that can be made even better with the right decisions.

In my opinion there aren't enough people working there and a severe lack of professionalism (nice phrase for incompetence). Take only 3.0 - it's clear that hasn't been tested before: - cannot claim the 70k BP rewards - a single click during testing would've revealed that - translation of Obito's and Minato's skills; 2 new ninjas in an update and they got both wrong - a single read of the skills before the release and they could've corected it - the nauseating greed of Oasis I could go on, but the servers are back on.
