Why would you need to ask about this to people at all? If you want to play yes, if not no. Simple. Game is swarmed with oblivious people who can't last a month in any server. So you will need lots of patience until your server goes under a merge.

Madara EDR or Naruto Ronin who to chose ?

Madara over Naruto Ronin anytime. Naruto Ronin is only a useful tool for clearing out TI&Survival. And if you somehow to meet a tai-immune enemy he's totally useless. Madara even with 3* may help as a support if not for anything else.
