I believe you should learn what a word means before using it in a sentence.Conceited means to be vain, vain means to produce no useful result (aka your useless reply), I know what conceited means. Also I am being hypocritical, I realize that, get over it.Nonetheless, I think their are better ninjas for paralyze that would benefit from an HP increase, like PB Sasuke where he doesn't get a shield unless you run a very specific line up, or Sasori where his puppet is based on his stats and he can paralyze the entire enemy team. Yes, but she's still a damage dealer and she'll do more damage with ninjutsu, using attack over ninjutsu beause you're using her for 1 paralysis in a 1shot meta is...risky To each their own, just know you can do better.
