This is the reason why I quit the game(other than personal reason), I already sense something fishy was happening at the background. I sent a mail to customer support and asked directly to show to their head admin, but apparently the head admin was the person behind this corruption.No wonder Achroma was really confident and was able to cope up with me in term of spending.Anyway, I will be going to the bank to do charge-back on my credit cards within the week or so. I also have checked with my legal counsel and it looks like it will cost alot of money to file charges from where I am at right now, but if in any way, someone who is relatively near to CN or in CN itself would like to do any lawsuits/etc please send me a mail because I would like to join/contribute in as well. I can contribute to expenditure to file lawsuits if needed.Other than that, I have file a report to facebook, so you might as well join me in filing report so that they too can remove NA from facebook. Apparently, this is true. Seen this happening several times. Though, I had 2 groupmates who got Naruto Nine tail chakra with their free spins, but both of them are high level and paying players, 1 did a $5 recharge and won a Minato too.

Nice coming from a mod/liason alt?I dont know who you are and I do not care who you are but the welfare of the customer should always be the one of the top priority of OG if they want to have a satisfactory rating and long term customers playing their game. Are you even reading what you are saying? Please don't make yourself look * here coz it seems you are the only one who is happy for OG not to post event thread in advance :)Last year, they mentioned that they will start posting thread prior to any server maintenance to inform the public but they only did it for a week, this year I remember it well they(moderator not sure daiske or Acer or who) mentioned it again and did it for the past 2 weeks, everyone was happy getting to know the upcoming event and for this week they stopped doing it.Yep, Used the 3 cave packs, I can buy the 2000 cave keys again no problem, so what? What I am just trying to point out is for OG to be atleast professional about it and keep to their words which they lack. Let us be honest, they are not the most honest company around, that is 1 thing for sure.

For a big company like OG that caters like 500k players (like they claimed), a downtime of 5 hours will cost them more than a test server with staging server. Also, a good blade server that runs VM multiple instance can do this kind of job, surely they have this in their office. If they do not need the staging, they can just switch it off no problemo and not use the resources.

Lame tactic from OG again. They posted event earlier for 2 weeks and suddenly stopped posting them this week. Additional $70 in the bag for OG but lost the respect from the community for not doing what they have announced to do.

I am a software developer too, and what we do is to do pull the latest copy of the server to our localhost, test server, staging server and do all the test there before posting on the production. No testing should be done on production except if there is no other choice. It is all about good and bad practices and the management willingness to make sure the servers are up and running. if the management really wants no downtime, they can just tell the dev to come up with the staging servers.

I do not have to explain myself to you why I recharged this week. You are not my mom :/We do have to agree most of the events from OG are money grabbing especially since Dec - Jan period with terrible exchange ratio, some of them are bad, but this time it is pretty good for the rebate plus balloons.
