Use the retreat option in the middle of gai's standard attack so you dont have to watch the bijuudama. Or if you want and if kurama's hp is on low end and you can survive the bomb, continue doing damage untill the next bomb in 4 more rounds.

Its used in the Great Ninja war as an extra unit.It also gives your entire group a small boost in power for every fight you have from then on. Its like having a 4th summon, you just cant equip it with runes.
