does it matter? unless you are a plant or a mod you have 0% chance of getting anything anyway, it's been proven over the past 6 years, including in the words, do*ents and videos of past plants and mods that the "prizes" are locked to all actual player accounts, So unless you are a friend of Annie and like every other worthless "mod" over the years only have a position because he/she browned her nose then you can and should act like any "prizes" in "luck" based events dont exist, because for all intents and purposes they dont

keeping in pattern with this entire year, not a single event worth logging in for, worse events than every other region, a skillbreak that no one was excited about because its largely useless in the current meta and a terrible recharge event with terrible "reward" options but with a shiny new summon thrown on top, trying to mask a cake made of feaces by putting a single cherry on top of it. The only reason I even know what these events are is because I have been keeping in touch with a few people, but I think i'll bite the bullet and create a discord, I dont even play and I can see these events are so bad I feel sorry for people commited to this region, it would be a healthier, more rewarding, more ethical and much cheaper to develop an addiction to ketamine Although it is nice to see oasis giving out itachi cs so easily less than a month after adding him to the game, 80 frags for 2nd place pack from slot machine? Not only is this oasis declaring him to be a lesser ninja than the entirely useless black zetsu and deidara rinne who is good for 1 stage in infinite illusion and literally nothing else but it also diminishes any exclusivity or rarity which were the only reasons anyone would want a version worse than edo in the first place, spitting in the faces of the whales while also removing any and all incentive for them to pursue recharge releases in the future, only oasis can have business and marketing strategies this big brain. I knew he was a bad character only *n out of proportion because it's itachi but anyone who paid for him, I hope you used paypal, you can still refund

It still doesn't add up though. His chase is his only way of causing the "slow reflex" effect yet he gets multiple attacks 1: without landing his chase, 2: Gets multiple attacks even when attacking characters who were not hit with his chase. And there is still nothing in his skill descriptions to explain how sometimes it also gives multiple standards to characters who do not attack characters with said debuff, like healers or shield units The only way shisui in the english version makes any sense is 1: They changed his skills so that all of his attacks cause slow reflex, including causing it to characters hit by the splash damage from his attacks but didnt change the descriptions to say this. 2: They have changed how the sluggish/slow reflex debuff works but didnt bother to tell us this as there is no info or sidebar on his character describing "slow reflex". Instead of a debuff they have turned it into a buff, it isnt based on attacking a specific afflicted unit, instead it is a set chance of giving all units in your lineup extra attacks regardless of whether their standards are offensive or purely defensive in nature. 3:They have removed the limit to how many additional attacks he and characters on his team can get per round

I dont have screenshots to throw in here but I will chip in with my experience. This is just my personal experience not advice one way or the other so hopefully it wont be taken down for "drama". But personally unless picklejuicy comes back I do not trust the numbers and claimed drop rates given here or discord. In a fateful choice event kushina summer was stated to be around 13k coupons to recruit, I spent 18k and only got enough points for 30 frags I got a jackpot x from slot machine and was told instead of getting shisui directly it would be better to take the coupons, wait for a good cycle and that I could get shisui for under 100k from capsules plus rewards from any fuku at the time. I already had coupons saved before the jackpot so I could afford to be a bit careless and test. Over 2 capsule events and roughly 9 different shisui boards 55k coupons got me just 13 frags. I also went for edo itachi because I only needed 3 frags to 4 star him, I refreshed until getting what the mods told me was a "good" board, i spent 10k coupons and got just 2 frags

[PVP] The Meta is Toxic

it is the players that are toxic not the meta. Do not get me wrong oasis have messed up every single thing at every single step of these 6 years and they and their goon squad play a huge role in ruining this game, but the toxicity comes from the players not the characters. It is the most boring "community" that has ever existed, bar none. Everyone stacks pos 1 because everyone else does, everyone runs shisui or madara because everyone else does, if more people cared about fun and less about an unmonitored, unrewarded and 100% meaningless ratio the game would be so much better. It is a collection game yet nobody collects and nobody experiments with 99% of the available characters. If this community moved to some kind of pokemon game everyone would run mewtwo and not even capture any others on the way. Some characters are cheap, shisui is unbeatable unless you have about a 2 mil power advantage and madara etr has every skill in the game leech,immunity,suppress immunity,control, chakra drain, cd reduction, strong poison, fear, super armour, scaling........ some characters are cheap but nobody is forcing us to use them, some incredibly boring people set a trend for stacking pos 1 and ruined the game for everyone to join after, china isnt like this, other regions also stack but nowhere near the extent of UK. You can( and should) hold oasis responsible for many things, but them giving us the tools isnt toxic, the most ego fragile, crybaby, boring community on the entire globe are responsible for meta removing the character collecting and team building components out of a collection based game. Also to the people saying "give old servers madara etr" they literally have, he was in almost every event in every cycle for about a year straight, without spending a single coupon, just by logging consistently old servers can very easily get him if they too want to lobotomize themselves and remove any and all gameplay from a video game

Not that it wasnt already evident but there was no 6th anniversary, quite literally zip and now the long awaited fuku comes to offer you 1 boring a** character to make the game even more tedious and laggy than it already is Overview: "Weekly strong Ninja Itachi uchiha [curse mark two]" intredasting oasis shinobi wheel with 2 characters both of which are entirely useless and 1 of whom remains broken yet still carries an inexplicable price tag great plates with the same atrocious "rewads" as it has had about the past 10 times, a pack so bad I didnt even bother to open them before I stopped playing. 60k fuku with just 1 thing of note. Oro gnw, a broken, game lagging, cheap character, be prepared for the inescapable lag thanks to oasis genius level iq decision to instead of fixing anything at all or release any of the mountain of old stuff we sitll miss they decide to oversaturate the game with another broken client destroying character. Even though they shot themselves in the foot by rushing shisui since now there is nothing they can offer that will dethrone shisui and encourage the people with the fattest wallets to spend since they have in effect completed the game by having his breaks. tl:dr: There's a fuku if you want oro gnw, if you have him or dont want him there is no reason to log in during the next cycle Good luck to you all, with how deep oasis reach into their own bowels to deliver such a steaming pile each and every week you are gonna need luck

short answer = sht long answer = so sht that in the most active cluster in the game, between the top 200 players just 2 have recharged. The reason because they wanted to be the first with itachi but they have realized he is pss so now they have resigned him to be a transform ninja not someone they actually use. For those curious about itachi being pss I am not talking about his skills because you can form your own thoughts on those I am talking about how remarkably poorly implemented a pre-existing asset has been added to our version, chases dont work because oasis, his amaterasu doesnt have an animation despite it simply being a case of copy/pasting some coding that is already tested, working and implemented flawlessly in china, because oasis and each one of his animations are so laggy you will be lucky to get an average of 3fps when using him or facing him, because oasis

1: He is in almost every single event in every single cycle so technically everyone can get him for free, the only difference is the new players are handed him on a platter whereas older servers needs to have some patience and get him frag by frag. 2: Why are you in a rush to be boring? A game that exists for the sole purpose of collecting characters but you instantly want to discard 99% of the games content and run to the finish line and use the most boring character in the entire game?, the game is at its most fun when you have just started and you c*e all the characters you like and still have a viable team, once people start getting meta thats it, your server is dead and it will never again be possible to have fun there because even if you dont care about some undo*ented ratio it simply is not fun to be trying new teams but only ever face clones using the same cookie cutter team so boring that an autoclicker could do what they call "playing" the game. 3: I hate oasis as much as the next pleb here, but your argument doesnt hold up. "new players get him free but old servers spent coupons", by that logic oasis would have to give everybody free shisui susanoo, obito ten tails and madara ten tails because there are people who spent coupons and real world money on those characters but the mods got them for free and a minute proportion of players got them from lucky wheel on a free spin. Or if you want more tame examples, naruto ronin was released as a tsuku tier reward costing more money than a second hand car yet now with a little patience anyone and everyone can get him in free events and edo minato was released in a recharge rebate only being available to people willing to spend £600 on some pixels but now he is one of the most common characters in the game, across all server ages because he was in so many events ( just like etr madara currently is) that even free players who rarely log in where able to gather his frags freely

what are the items/characters in platinum recharge tiers? What are the redeemables in 7 days of welfare? Whats in fateful choice? You include the total spending reward pack but the information about the events that anyone cares about is still non existent. I don't get it, even when the events are posted in time we are still given so little information that we don't know if its better to use this weeks events while we still can or to wait and take part in the next cycle. PS: to the plants that will inevitably jump on this post, I am not asking for the moon here, just enough basic information to be able to make an informed choice, which should be what the company wants since they want people to take part in events and spend. For example, today we have slot machine + red envelopes to get coupons for ourselves and group mates + inos flowers. And if for some reason you were naive enough to spend ingots directly then we have amu*t park+ time limited shop. Without knowing what is included tomorrow in the likes of platinum recharge/spending rebate/fateful choice we have zero information to decide which cycle we want to spend our saved coupons/ingots in. Either we gamble and use this cycle in the contradictory hopes that the next week is disappointing or we miss this week and potentially next week also, as there is a very real chance it is terrible. Which is moronic not only towards the playerabase of an MMO but also a very poor way to run things from oasis perspective as it is the worst humanly possible thing they could do in terms of encouraging spending and player activity. It would take a maximum of 30 seconds to include that information or better yet pictures in these threads and I guarantee you that would not only be appreciated by players but would also lead to more consistent spending which ofcourse would keep the soulless oasis machine happy, thats all im saying

very strange and very poor options to be blunt, considering this is an event with the sole intention of encouraging the biggest spenders to compete with each other you would think there would be a single valuable prize but nope. Shisui is the strongest character in our game by a very wide margin yet madara ten tails who has been dead for years and obito ten tails who isnt even in the top 5 for pos 1 contenders are given out more sparsely I fail to see why. Also the only full ninjas in the pack are an inferior version of tsunade a very common jiraiya whose frags are plentiful elsewhere on almost a weekly basis and naruto ronin who stopped being worth anything in what, 2018? Unless you are in a completely dead server and can guarantee you can get a prize with stamina alone then this event is not worth paying attention to and sure as flip is not worth recharging hundreds and hundreds if you want to try and compete in a server with mods and plants. Yes I am aware there is a recharge rebate and the red envelopes, you dont spend for inos flowers alone, but the rebate "prize" is an entirely awful character and some crappy unbound runes which we c*ready get for free, so in this particular scenario you would only be recharging for inos flowers because god knows theres nothing else worth real world money
