Have someone with super armor on your team and low his/her hp until its the lowest on your team, for this Rasa is very useful. Just wait for the Hashirama mystery and then use your mystery, if you wait Hashi won't interrupt anyone and if he doesn't chase (can't chase super armor) he won't give chakra to the rest of the enemy team therefore you should have the first 2 turns to kill as much ninjas as possible.

By pulls I hope you mean free draws, because you shouldn't under any cir*stance (only maybe if you have like every other treasure super rare) spend seals on that treasure. Anyhow, without skillbooks the pains are overall weak (in comparison to meta ninjas) but there are many that are useful for specific formations, to fill slots on ranked battle or to use as replacement while you work on a stronger team. Jigokudo for example could be used in many 2/3 healers formations, you could use him as chakra battery too for mana-hungry teams, also he's core for Edo Deidara double healer standard team. Gakido is solid too, you c*e him for the old, but still decent at lower powers, Sage Naruto/Gaara/Wind main teams, also useful for earth main. I'm not sure about either Chiku nor Ningendo, I haven't seen them on any decent team lately, maybe someone can still come with something creative. Of course this is just my opinion, maybe someone else thinks they're top tier and might provide us with teams for them.

Thing is you can hardly put a team together for Scarlet Blaze pulling just from treasures, most of the best ninjas for that main specifically are "premium" meaning you have to use coupons, as a replacement for ingots, to get them. Those are Shisui, Anbu Itachi, Edo Hiruzen and so on. Unlike Lightning Main who can build actually end-game competitive teams pulling from treasures. You can try to get Danzo, Mei or Onoki from Kage Treasure or even go Susano Itachi but it's a long shot, in the end if you want to be fire main the best you can do is save your coupons to build a team (which isn't always smart if you're f2p since usually you want to use those in power).

Maybe you c*e the Earth Blitz with him Onoki/8G Lee/ Iruka. Sadly Onoki is weak compared to KK Gaara and you need a good damage dealer to make good use of his passive.
