100% true. And welfare means free. Not spend 100$s of dollars does oasis have no concept of what welfare means. ? Its actually an insulting event because it uses a word that is actually considered derogatory these days. They might want to aplogize to poor people. And ITS CHRISTMAS the season for GIVING. That means FREE not spend and get something meaningless for it. This is by far the worst version of Naruto Online. We pay 30-70% more for things than other versions.

I would go with guy danzo and Iruka. Danzo is a much stronger ninja than he appears to be. You can go lightning blitz with him and along w/ danzo and lightning main trait/ along with guy you will have alot more survivability
