You should know servers under 60 probably had the easiest time to get to lvl 90. If they could kill nine tails within the first month or two when their server was created and participate activity then of course lvl 90 will be easy. On my own merged server the people who are lvl 90 are the ones from my server that killed nine tails after the first month. The other two servers only have 1-2 guys that got lvl 90. That tells me that they didn't kill nine tails as often.

"almost impossible" and "impossible" are completely two different meanings. I mean if you were on an earlier server and killed nine tails early on, course you will get lvl 90. Later servers have a rougher time.
