It is true that Minato is seen "free reward" for spending 40k, but currently that's the only way of getting him. Sarutobi was also a reward for spending, and then in a week or two you could buy fragments of him for much cheaper. I see the whole "its a free minato" argument, but I personally don't like it, as well as since you have a position in Oasis I think you do have some sort of bias. Nothing against you though, I watch your streams and enjoy your content. To satisfy your curiosity. What could someone possibly spend 40k on for minato this event?The seal scroll rebate? everyone who wants a super rare has already done so. If it was dropped downto 20k, people who want to piece him together will have it better, by only spending 5k.

@Daiske Not trying to be rude or anything, but when people claim something should be in the game. They go by what they have already seen. OASIS is a big company with many different versions of the game. Outside of china they are the distributors to the rest of the world. So when something happens on one side of OASIS, but not the other. People assume the NA team is greedy and treating us unfairly (That doesn't reflect my view). Maybe we don't know exactly the schedule we know what will eventually happen. In my opinion I think we should have gotten lunar themed events, with the design and colors having red and so on and so on. But I guess the huge uproar is that NA has been getting the short-end of the *.

Adjust to English Versions, Yes, this version of the game in EU is meant for the UK. They are basing the prices of UK, America and Canada which all have roughly the same amount of wealth. Lithuania minimum wage is 300 euro a month, while in the UK it's 1,378.87 euro a month. US 7.25 USD an hour, so if you work 9-5 for 7.25 usd a hours for 5 days a week that's 1392 USD a month. And in canada it's 2188.8 CAD a month, so you can see how it's adjusted to these nations...

Different countries have different purchasing power with there currency. When a company expands to a different t market they adjust if the ppp index. In our case America is the wealthiest country they are currently in. So its only natural for our stuff to be more expensive.
