so im gonna assume you mean the one where you are in itachi's genjutsu, you have a few choices really, the best two i can give you are either use CC like a immoble or a interupt like with shikamaru/neji or use clones in the front to take the first few hits so your main people dont, but most will probly just combo one down at a time or use shields to pad their hp
