I think they should either put the Pack again for the others to benefit from it, if it really was an "intended Gift", or, compensate Players who didn't get the chance to get it with a similar/equal Pack as they should be allowed to get all the benefits as the others. Otherwise, remove the Packs from everyone who get them, if in the end it was a Bug as supposed in the beginning and compensate them with the amount of the value spent there.

[Bugs] Game FREEZES on gnw and when we comeback our whole team is dead!

This is not the first time that this happens to our Servers. This Bugging's Episodes have continued for a long time and it seems like in almost every Cross GNW, there will always be a problem with our side of the field. This is becoming really concerning and frustrating, because, we suffer the consequences. But, this time, it was the worst case scenario. A quick resolve would be the greatest thing to do, for everyone to enjoy the Game, like they should. Thank you.
