The guy keeps insulting others, please find the screen provided. By letting such behavior slide you show the utmost lack of respect towards your players. You didn't event bother to let me know what have you decided about the offender. Guess all I can do is keep reporting him here until you find time to take care of the problem.

Offender: HarutoShimura Server: Europe 363 Third Mizukage The player is acting in an offensive way, insulting other players, most of the time in Russian, since he is counting on our lack of language skills. This time (Today shortly after noon) after loosing a plunder he did his usual insult routine, but at one point he threatened to kill me which is going over the line in my book.
