Tactic Percent for each lvl Lvl 1 - 5% / Lvl 2 - 10% / Lv3 - 15% / Lvl4 - 20% / Lvl5- 25% so you could get your Attack Ninjutsu to over 30-60k or more . this mean u can 1 shot the players with mystery . last years we almost get this functions . but they remove it cuz many outcry from the players . this function would make f2p left more behind and unbalance the game . in german forum had so many discus bout remove this function already.
