Oro Traitor is really only useful for a few things: ranked, matsuri, and plain old fashioned fun. Don't get me wrong, he's a great character, but he's more of a support/delay type than a main team worthy ninja.

A fair point, but I found it kinda messed with the combo when it came to the first low float, ideally it should go to Tsunade's chase to set up the main's for the full combo but combos aren't everything, especially when Jiraiya can start a second small one more oft than not.

I'd say she's worth it if only for the extra elemental damage. More stars doesn't always translate into better characters when it's "bought/drawn" vs "free" characters. Besides, GNW Tenten comes up for sale almost every other event so you c*ways get her stars up if you have the funds.

She's more of an auxiliary support character for ranked, put her with people that require a lot of chakra (and no battle cooldowns for OP teams). In pvp she's useful for light shielding, chakra, and using her mystery to finish off resurrection characters. She has no damaging standard, and she's pretty squishy health and defense wise, her chase is basically a plus one to your combo (minimal damage with KD to KD) and her heal isn't nearly as good as say Tsunade or Jigokudo so nearly no usefulness there either.
