IIRC normal Kiba's mystery isn't prompt, so I'd go with Naruto. As a plus he's useful for a lot of ninja exams with water main too.

35K might be a bit hard at level 83. IDK how viable it is, but with that team maybe swapping in Cee for Mabui might be useful? He'll be able to blind all but 2 of them on round 2 and kill all their buffs for round 3, and his passive should give you enough chakra to launch your mysteries after he blinds. I know canceling the Rinnegan buffs off a bunch of them with wind main's 4th mystery helped me a lot (although that was on the first turn so it had a big impact).EDIT: Oh, I forgot Ningendo will reflect one blind...as long as he doesn't save Gakido or Jigokudo it's probably fine though This post was last edited by cra***@gmail.com at 2017-5-18 12:22

^He was in the last sage treasure, but he was 300 coupons base price and 30% max discount. So 270, 240, or 210 coupons per frag depending on if you hit 10%, 20%, or 30% discounts respectively. I think that was the first time he was available for coupons and he isn't in sage treasure this month, so it's uncertain when/if that'll happen again.

Like others are saying, I used him in ranked for a while until I got better replacements, and he's pretty effective when both sides are auto-battling. Other than that, I also sometimes see him in Matsuri with Torune. If you don't have a lot of other ninjas I don't see the harm in leveling him, since you c*ways just stop later when you have better options.

For all the people talking about mood scrolls on wheel/cave keys on wishing tree, they already said what they plan to do in May here:http://forum.naruto.oasgames.com/en/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=18552Now that doesn't meant that they might implement it earlier as a nice surprise, but I wouldn't hold your breath on either of these happening in May.On the events, new ninja exams is probably the most exciting thing. There's a lot of ingot spending synergy this week, but like other people I'm waiting to see if the recharge reward (getting to break an egg for 20 ingots) is worth it.I'm assuming Konoha Gift shop is like the Easter Shop we've been having recently?

For what it's worth, this post was the initial complaint, and implied that people boasting about their good luck (drawing rare character frags multiple times) would lead to a lowering of the % rate of boxes.I'm pretty sure they don't lower the rate of the boxes (at all, not just due to too many people getting stuff), but I obviously have no way to prove that. It's fine if you want to be skeptical and su*ious of them, although I don't really see what that accomplishes.
