my opinion and what i did , reach level 80 with at least +32K power so u can get the red ninja tools and open all the treasures, do don't do the main plot quests to slow down leveling. just try to finish kakashi daily missions, level up your group skills as fast as you can, keep farming refines and charms and wait for the events to get nice rewards, keep sweeping awaking materials, level up your ninja tools and reforge them, try to finish ninja exam ASAP and once you feel like you're at a good spot then u can level-up and you'll find that leveling up is much easier when u have high power. BTW in our server many players are level 85 and below with +65K power. just chill on leveling :)
