They should have and it's not too late, is it? Everyone from each server, even if you're in the 994-1050 and it benefits you, start making noise. Eventually you'll regret you didn't. For these 1400+ servers people just didn't know until yesterday. Everyone in the 1300's should have known from s1320 at the latest that nobody till s1400 is getting a new cluster, and should have raised a fuss.

What do you mean by 'not enough servers'? If there was ever such a function where they defined clusters in advance, that's what they should be doing now. But if they told anyone before s994 started that it's going to have s994 and the next 500 servers in it, nobody would play the game after s1100 most likely. The 'you'll find out how played you got in 2-3 months' deal comes off as very sneaky and underhanded.

Along with s1400, because there's no need to exclude them. I don't know if I'm the only one that feels this way, but to me personally it makes perfect sense that a new hundred, gets a new cluster. I don't see the need for there to be 20 x lvl70 sage battlefields under one cluster. I'm positive 100 servers in a single cluster won't have any problem with filling all the sage fields they want and plenty of food for spenders that won't even notice. s1-s99,... s1000-1099, s1100-s1199...s1400-1499.
