of course it depends on your play style and roster but it seems that neji is better in almost every case. His ability to reduce *lies cd round1 aswell as his chase reducing his own cd, meaning he can essentially allow you to use your pos 1 mystery every round, plus he recovers chakra each round and give himself "endure" to be more tanky, he is a very very good support character who could synergize well in literally thousands of possible lineups Personally I have only seen one person using the brothers but that was a player who had almost a 1 million power advantage over the person below him in the rankings, so he/she is probably just messing around, and sure they revive, but its only with 20% health, so unless you are consistently facing people much weaker than yourself I cant see their revival actually having any impact I have neither and I am also not a top tier player, I just collect characters and am always trying new teams, I am here for fun not paid competition but from my perspective I cant see a solid argument to choose the brothers over neji. Not only is neji common in china and fairly common here among the "sweats" but just from my own premature team ideas on konoha proxy I could see far more use for him, even without running any current meta characters

[News] Server Merge Requests - Week of 6th June
"
1.Server ID: 1940 Sensing Transmission 2. Server Region: UK 3. Server Age: < 1 month (please read below, the server is already dead, if made to wait a minimum of another 6 odd weeks before merge there wont be anyone at all left to even request a merge at that point) 4. Time taken to kill World Boss: 10+ minutes 5. World Boss HP on Tuesday: 6. No. of group participating in Great Ninja War: 2 sometimes 3 technicaly 7. Average Power Rank of Top 5: 73k Top 10:59k:, Top 20: 48k Additional notes: This server died almost as soon as it opened, please bear with me as I explain why. This server was "hijacked" ( for lack of a better word). A brazilian youtuber who made videos on naruto online came up with an idea to interact with his viewers. He and his subscribers would join a newly opened server ( dont ask me why he chose one in a different time zone and a language his followers dont kow, because I do not have the answer to that) but the premise was that they would play in this server,completely f2p for 1 month and whoever was the most powerful player at the end of that month would win some kind of prize and then they would leave the server and return to playing in their own region. This "tournament" did not even last for 2 weeks before said youtuber quit, taking most of the players with him. Since then there have been 3 groups with enough activity to register for GNW but in total, between all 3 groups there have been less than 10 players taking part. Most of the activity rating is a few brazilian stragglers logging in to see if they can play alongside the youtuber, but each day more of them realize he has given up the tournament idea so fewer and fewer people play. The activity is atrifically inflated, in terms of actual gameplay, the group "emptywallet" is the only one with enough accounts to run even 3 3-player squads in gnw and at minimum 6 of those are the accounts of the leader, senior and the anbu who are self confessed "whales" smurfing with ingot bought characters ( like fully sb edo release madara within 9 days of the server opening) in a new server to bully newcomers and stroke their own egos. I know oasis dont care about that, I am just saying, the only group in this server who have so much as a single field fighting in GNW are just some cowardly whales abusing the alt system. 9 tails is a similar story, on average over 40% of the damage is done by the top 2 whales in the server with the rest of the damage being done by the alts, which I kid you not range over 200. If anyone at oasis could see the entire player list for the server, not just the top 100 they would see that there are accounts with the same name ranging from "playerx" through "playerx 200" and even higher. ( not the actual name, I dont want this deleted,but that is the naming scheme some not so subtle players have used) Also timed events like matsuri are unplayable. You can enter as soon as it opens and be fodder for the 3 whales in the above mentioned group, but within 10 minutes the event is dead and you are unable to match with anyone else. This server is one of the youngest in the region, but it absolutely needs a merge. The "activity rating" does not tell an accurate story. Setting aside the brazilians logging in at all kinds of hours to try and catch a glimpse of a youtuber, there are at best 10 individual people active in this server. Excuse me blanking out my details in the pictures, as mentioned the main activity in this server are some very fragile whales who bully new players as its the only way they can get any wins. It is so dead it wont take genius for them to realize who I am but still, no point in deliberately making myself a target for harassment. Not that my words carry any weight, but allow me a quick review of this character as I have now had the opportunity, or more accurately the misery of testing him out. If you think he is bad or a disappointing for the rarity, you would be wrong. He is not bad, he is one of the worst characters in the entire game and in our version is fundamentally broken, not in the way shisui is broken, broken as in he is unusable and the skill descriptions are categorically wrong. 1: Zero damage output. This is one of the weakest characters I have seen, a level 80 fully awakened, fully cultivated hashi fb with +65 atk mood does less damage than a level 38 no awakening, no cultivation, no mood 2 star choji 2: In effect only has 1 mystery. The rotating mysteries could be interesting but not the way our hashi is. His first mystery is permanently locked to a 1 round cd and despite what the skill description says he cannot reduce it, I have had drawn out matches, I have had him with earth main or kurotsuchi or shisui sb to give him multiple standards every single round and not once has he reduced his cd. Unless you team him with someone like neji chinese style you will never, genuinely never get to use his first mystery 3: 0% crit chance. It is claimed that he scales his crit rate each time he takes damage and during his explosive mode he buffs his whole teams atk and nin when landing a crit. But there is a problem, this character cannot land crits. Even if you pair him with lightning main for example to buff crit rate and have him front and centre taking the brunt of hits for the entire 10 rounds it still wont make a difference because oasis reduced his crit chance to 0%. Just like with his cd reduction, despite countless hours of bashing my head against the stone wall of hashis uselessness he has also never landed a single crit in a single fight in a single game mode. **All of the above applies across the board, I did not just do a few matches in arena and write the character off, I spent many hours trying to figure out a use for him. I tried him in arena, pvp, against the kakashi clones and in a few story missions. His skills simply do not work. So he is an extremely rare character, who is awful in every sense - can only mystery on even number rounds, his mysteries are atrocious because they can be dodged, dont supress super armour and dont interrupt - deals less damage than characters half his level,even when said characters have no awakening/cultivation/mood or even equipment/treasured tools - his skill descriptions are wrong almost entirely. His scaling does not work, he is unable to crit, he is unable to reduce cd Honestly one of the worst characters in the game, not just because he has absolutely nothing to justify his rarity, but because oasis have nerfed his stats so much that you could start a new account, play just the first few minutes to recruit 1 star naruto and you would already have a character that does equal or more damage than hasih can dish at level 80. Madara may lack immunity, but able to supress super armour, reduces cd based on chakra not a non existent "chance" and his skills actually doing what the descriptions say make him miles better

How does he work with chikushodo male? Does chikushodo's passive that buffs atk/def/nin and res when dealing damage in odd rounds stack with tendos own buffing? Even if it doesnt wouldnt they still be a more compatible combo than some of the above teams ? tendo makes rinne/akatsuki mysteries undodgeable and chikushodo makes their chases undodgable. Tendo is constantly buffing himself and chikushodo ( even if his buff doesnt stack) reduces defense and can cause immunity ignoring tag, plus chikushodo's mystery costing 0 chakra wont get in the way of tendo's 2 mysteries per round. Can't test this of course, just curious how they interact with each other, on konoha proxy at the very least it seems to be a powerful duo

judging from the characters you have that are level 1 and your registered date it is safe to assume you are in a very young server, if so you can put shisui/4 star madara/orochi gnw/kisame samehada/6p/pain 6p/obito/kakuzu earth grudge as pos 1 and literally any other characters you want to fill your team. With the characters you already have you are not a "semi whale" you are a huge whale, not saying that as a criticism, just saying you are in a position where you have more freedom than most other players. so you might as well take advantage of that, just throw together characters you like and have fun with it, you essentially cant go wrong
