I agree with you, the water main is far to powerful for many poorly designed teams already. you're simply forced to use what mystery you have or your charaka will be depleted and your units have a large chance to go under chaos. Oasis isn't going to do anything about it, they don't balance the game they just translate stuff from germany, and they can't even do that half the time. To counter this dumb meta just play fire main with control, or lighting/windmain with immunity.

Yes I understand but these things still have averages. The average cost to break a common ninja is 2k and a rare ninja(like sage Naruto) is around 8k. I was wondering if Ay would count as a rare ninja or does he count as a super rare that requires more vials?

Are you talking about Hokage Minato's Skill Breaks? If you are he only has one and all it does it change the "Defender of Konoha" ability which gives 40% resistance to the entire field from "5 Rounds" to "Permanently". It isn't worth the 50 fragments it costs. If you want to get your H Minato to four stars it will be very expensive and now would be the best time to do it. You should only do it if you use him a lot, otherwise just spend it one something else.
