Tbh imo The current way is fine, because, plunderers have too many refreshes, which would make them waiting for long, which is great for people who don't want to go SS convoy, secondly, convoy system is also good, because, originally, you don't even get 30 coupons, even if you do, it's around like hardly, so the current system is amazing, you should create a poll and wait for a high rank to reply..
