Frankly speaking, this Post will be meaningless if Whales wont make sense out of it. This LEVEL 13 Refine System is implemented because of the fact that the Whales of EN, HK, and EU servers are not like the Whales of CN. Oasis has that impression that no matter what they throw at us, the Whales of our Region won't do anything and just follow them. Isn't this the right time to prove them wrong? This Post is not a MATTER OF SPENDING coz you guys, the WHALES surely can continue to SPEND. THIS IS A MATTER OF STANDING UP FOR ONCE, AS ONE COMMUNITY AGAINST THIS COMPANY. I invested some time ago money in this game. I am an f2p now. I have done my part to rally you guys. I rest my case.

The Level 13 Refine system wont be taken down..No matter what happens from now on. The only thing Whales' action can affect are the future updates..Or maybe like in CN, they will have a change of heart and make the game more f2p and p2w friendly alike. That's what I'm hoping for in this thread. I supposed that's all we we want. So, it really comes down to Power Play. Will the WHALES be a SHEEP following Oasis? Or will the WHALES act as WOLVES to lead the pack? F2ps don't have the role to play here. It is all on you, dear Whales. Choice is yours.
