I just hope everyone realizes that there is an obvious lack of communication between the players and those who manage this game. It has created a distorted point of view for them. Though many players are rightfully upset, they won't pan through and read everyone's complaints. IF they cared they would personally read all of these complaints, but will they? probably just have some lackey do it. They know we are upset but they will focus on making sure another "Aristeaus" doesn't happen again.Developers: OH the players are complaining again. Give it some time and they will get over it. We don't have to make changes; that is just more work for us. Just make them feel better about themselves later on.Players: I hope the game doesn't die.

Somehow your answer was that horrible(and brought to my attention rigged) poll system. Why couldn't you guys put out statements like this periodically instead? why did it take someone being axed for you guys to actually be transparent with the players?

You have to reach six path sennin ONCE in a prior season to get the rewards for the other ranks. after the season is over your rank is reset and whatever rank you get for that season; you will get the corresponding rewards. If you did not reach six path sennin in a prior season you will only get basic student rewards. I dont like the idea but thats what im interpreting.

If your rank was not reset and you didnt receive any rewards at all then thats a separate issue to what the original author is having

Seems there has been a misunderstanding for the rules being poorly worded. here you can see their explanation.From my understanding you must achieve six path sennin rank to start getting rewards from other ranks. if you did not achieve six path sannin yet you will only be receiving the basic rewards

UID：200000091435997In-Game Name: HoneylemonServer ID: S25 itachiDetail Description of the Issue: Merged servers from s19, s22, s25, s29. Matsuri cross server function is not working like on other servers. Though we are merged it does not stop the previous non cross server matsuri probelms. I hope you guys provide compensation to the players who were not able to participate to achieve rewards. first two hours of matsuri is just stomping ground for high battle power players.
