[Bugs] Feedback about Payment Options Issues

Unfortunately, that high risk error has been there for more than 2 months, before that, i paid just fine with the card, and i can still pay with the card for another acc. Since the time i got that "high risk" error, i switched to E-Wallet and then a couple of days ago, that method was bugged too. I heard from a mod that my acc was "flagged" and couldn't use the card to pay unless you guys unlock it, pls do that, i know its on your end, becoz i can pay just fine for at least 2 other accs with that same card.And this is thing i couldn't understand, i dropped more than $600 to support the game, if i can't pay more with the payment option that's most convenient for me, well, idk what to say.
