Hi Marquee, most servers have at least one or two active groups but if you want to have certainty that the group will be staying for a while it'd be best to join an older server, some have been open for a year and are bound to be stable for example my server, S23, has two large groups and 3 smaller ones that participate in GNW we are all active and meet the specifications that you have highlighted. There are lots more servers like ours so if you join a few servers you're bound to find an active group that is right for you.
