I couldn't agree more. It didn't used to be like that. It used to be so tough to beat until a month or two into the server's life before the Nine Tails could be beaten, but some of the newer servers weren't able to beat the Nine Tails due to lack of population. The Nine Tails was redone as part of the 2.0 patch that we saw around January.

For maximum combos, go with Kakashi, Sasuke, Main, Neji. Of course, that will leave you pretty frail and without a healer. For a Fire Main, there is more merit to debuffing than comboing. As a result, Hinata pairs well with Fire. The best healer you have right now is Sakura, which isn't great, but usable. Unfortunately, the NTI has low health at the start of servers, so it'll die way too fast for the first couple of NTIs. It will get better, as the Nine Tails gains more HP each time you kill itMore Information here
