Be careful. I spent about 3800 coupons to get the 61 frags I needed but on the very last frag the drop rate plummeted. I was getting her frags every 10 keys used then all of a sudden, on the last frag needed, I stopped getting her and didn't get her until about 250-300 keys later. I think Oasis has some sort of algorithm that changes rates on the last frag.
