i agree actually i have 2 accounts running the exact same teams on both , 1 account has lots of inititive the other has quite abit less , the account that had less inititive controled the barriers and was able to use mystery first and did significtly more damage than the other , i did not que into my self deliberitly it was just compleatly random , but you are correct , arena is compleatly broken

before 3.0 ( was a hell of alot harder to get to 6 paths) , i did it at level 50 , was using earth main , gnw konkuro , tobi , kureni , took me nearly a month
