I have the same problem. My server is 963 (Jade of Azure Dragon), and I am not able to advance past the Truth instance. My team consists of basic Kakashi, Guy, 2-Star Sakura, and 1-Star Azure Fang. My old character was in 212 (Willow Dance), and I was never able to get past the first wave in that one, either.
