i will humbly request you to please refraining to answering something when you have absolutely no clue about it. just so that you know neither the server time nor my time zone time was passed the event time. i had finished getting level 40 before the time limit even if you had considered server or my own in this case. i might have took the pic post the time but that was only because i needed some time to look around the forums to see whether or not if this was recurring at all and which was unfortunately.

its basically the jonin medals which gives you 100% increased exp on plot instances, then the increase in the stamina by 150, and extra 3 stamina recharge per day. these all do help in getting your exp boost somewhat a bit. i personally tho wouldn't wanna rush with my exp, i have yet to get my gears fully upgraded for the current level.
